A bit about my Healing Journey
My own healing journey began through Ayurveda. At first, I was searching for ways to align how I felt inside with how I was perceived on the outside. What I discovered was far greater then I expected. Along the way I found healing modalities that transformed my life and ultimately lead me to my life's purpose: helping others discover their own path towards healing and balance.
Throughout my life I have been drawn to helping others learn, grow, and thrive. For over 20 years, I worked with children as a teacher, nanny, and daycare provider. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, compassion, deep listening, and meeting each individual where they are. Today, I bring those same qualities into my healing practice, creating a supportive space where clients can explore, heal, and reconnect with themselves.
Today I am a Shamanic Energy Healer, subconscious communication guide, and certified facilitator in PSYCH-K®, Emotion Code, Body, Code, and Belief Code.
Drawing from both my First Nations heritage and my training through The Four Winds, I bring together ancestral wisdom and modern healing approaches to create sessions tailored to each individual.
